Terms of Service

CROS3 Consulting provides coaching, consulting, facilitation, training, speaking, and practitioner certification services. Specific terms for any engagement are established in a separate written agreement.

These services are not medical care, mental health treatment, legal advice, financial or tax advice, or accounting services. Nothing on this site or in any engagement should be relied upon as a substitute for advice from an appropriately licensed professional.

Where an engagement requires expertise outside our scope, the plan gates on obtaining it from a qualified professional. We do not proceed around that gate, and we will decline or halt an engagement rather than work outside our competence.

The framework is a disciplined method, not a warranty. Results depend substantially on the client's own execution, on conditions outside anyone's control, and on the accuracy of the information the client provides. We commit to the method, to honest reporting, and to telling you when something is not working. We do not guarantee a specific result.

The Consulting C™, the six-phase framework, the Motivational Action Plan structure, the Success Model, and associated materials are the intellectual property of CROS3 Consulting.

Materials in the public resource library may be downloaded and used freely for personal and internal organizational purposes. They may not be resold, republished, or used to deliver paid training or certification without written authorization. Representing yourself as a certified practitioner without a current credential is prohibited and will be pursued.

Certification is awarded on demonstrated competence and may be withheld from candidates who do not meet the standard, regardless of tuition paid or effort expended. Credentials expire and require renewal. Credentials may be revoked for misrepresenting the framework, practicing outside the scope of the tier held, failing to refer matters requiring licensed expertise, or misuse of the trademark.

Portal accounts are individual and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share, and do not attempt to access records belonging to others.

CROS3 Consulting is a private company and part of Crose Holdings. References to U.S. Coast Guard service and to public federal doctrine including NIMS and ICS describe the professional experience and public source material that informed this methodology. They do not imply endorsement by the U.S. Coast Guard, the Department of Homeland Security, FEMA, or any government agency.
