The website provides general information about CROS3 Coaching & Consulting and its approaches. It is not medical, mental-health, psychological, legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, emergency, or crisis advice. Coaching and consulting services, if later offered under a written agreement, are not a substitute for appropriately licensed professional care or advice.

No relationship or confidentiality before written agreement

Browsing the website does not create a client, practitioner, fiduciary, professional, confidential, therapeutic, consulting, employment, agency, or other relationship with CROS3. Any services relationship begins only when CROS3 and the relevant client enter a separate written agreement that CROS3 accepts.

Current website boundary

The website does not currently accept online inquiries, messages, applications, consultation requests, scheduling requests, or submissions. It does not provide a client portal, account request, payment function, or automatic email conversation. A future contact or service mechanism will be governed by the terms and privacy information published for that mechanism before it is activated.

Intellectual property

The website's content, design, marks, graphics, and other materials are owned by or used with permission by CROS3 LLC d/b/a CROS3 Coaching & Consulting and are protected by applicable law.
