Accessibility Statement

Our commitment
This site and the client portal are built to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility is treated as a build requirement rather than a remediation project, and it is tested automatically on every page as part of our development process.
What that means in practice
Every function is operable by keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator throughout. Text meets or exceeds AA contrast ratios against its background. All content is structured with proper headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate it. Forms have programmatically associated labels and instructions, and errors are announced rather than only shown visually. Motion respects the reduced-motion preference set in your operating system.
Known limitations
The signature field in the Mutual Commitment Agreement requires drawing, which is not operable by keyboard alone. A typed-name signature option is provided as an equivalent alternative and is legally sufficient under the E-SIGN Act. If drawing is not accessible to you, use the typed option — it carries identical weight.
Some downloadable PDFs in the resource library may not be fully tagged for screen readers. If you need an accessible version of any resource, request it through the contact form and we will provide one.
Tell us if something is wrong
If any part of this site or portal is difficult or impossible for you to use, tell us through the contact form. Accessibility problems are treated as defects with the same priority as any other defect, and we will provide the content in an alternative format while a fix is in progress.
