Privacy Policy

For visitors to the public site, we collect only aggregate usage information: pages viewed, approximate region, and referring source. We do not use advertising trackers or sell data to anyone.

For clients and practitioners with portal accounts, we collect the information you provide: your name, contact details, the contents of the forms you complete, messages you exchange with your coach, documents you upload, scheduling information, and payment records.

The contents of your forms, messages, plans, and reports are confidential. They are visible to you and to your assigned coach or practitioner. They are not shared with anyone else, including within your own organization, unless you explicitly direct it in writing.

In organizational engagements this boundary is written into the engagement agreement. Where a sponsor receives progress reporting, the scope of what they see is defined in advance and you know exactly what it includes.

Two exceptions apply. We will disclose information where legally required, and we will act on a credible indication of imminent risk of serious harm to you or another person.

All traffic is encrypted in transit. Passwords are hashed and never stored in recoverable form. Portal sessions expire and access is scoped by role, so a client cannot reach another client's records and a practitioner cannot reach another practitioner's clients.

You can download all of your documents and form submissions at any time from your portal, including after your engagement ends. You may request correction of inaccurate information, or deletion of your account and its contents, subject to any records we are legally required to retain.

Engagement records are retained for the duration of the engagement and afterward, so that former clients keep access to their own documents. You may request deletion at any time.
