Scope

This policy applies to ordinary technical information processed to operate and secure cros3.com. The website does not currently offer a public inquiry form, online intake, messaging, application, scheduling request, or other public submission mechanism. This policy does not replace any privacy terms in a later written client or engagement agreement.

Information CROS3 processes

Website and hosting infrastructure may process limited technical information, such as network address, browser or device information, request details, and security signals, to deliver and protect the site.

How CROS3 uses information

CROS3 uses technical information only to operate and secure the website, troubleshoot service, maintain appropriate records, and comply with applicable law. Visiting the site does not create a client account, engagement, appointment, portal access, payment request, or automatic email conversation.

Sharing and sale

CROS3 does not sell personal information, share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, or process personal information for targeted advertising. The current public website does not connect visitors to a CRM, scheduling provider, payment provider, marketing platform, analytics provider, recording service, transcription service, or other external integration.

Hosting, security, and infrastructure providers may process technical information as needed to operate, safeguard, maintain, or support cros3.com. CROS3 does not authorize those providers to use technical information for their independent marketing purposes.

Retention and browser storage

Technical and security information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for site operation, security, troubleshooting, backup, legal obligations, and records management.

CROS3 does not currently use advertising, marketing, or third-party analytics cookies. The site may use browser storage or a service worker to support ordinary website functionality and offline asset delivery. You may manage cookies, cached files, and browser storage through your browser settings.

Children's information

cros3.com is not directed to children under 13, and the current public website does not provide a public mechanism for collecting information from children.

Privacy rights and Virginia residents

Virginia's Consumer Data Protection Act applies to covered controllers that meet statutory thresholds. If a law giving you access, correction, deletion, portability, or opt-out rights applies to CROS3, CROS3 will process authenticated requests as required by that law. The current website does not provide a public online request or appeal mechanism; if one is made available, this policy will identify it before it is used.

Security

CROS3 uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information appropriate to the nature of the data and the services currently offered. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
